Enjoy a Columbus Day Lunch or Dinner at one of Parsippany's Premier Restaurants, Eccola Italian Bistro, for this special Pizza Pop-Up Event. Based on a yearly tradition, Eccola will donate a portion of the Day's proceeds to our Sons of Italy Lodge for distribution to designated charities and local families in need. In the past, Eccola donated 10% of the Day's proceeds, but this year, they will be donating 20%!
